"Your journey starts here. From buying tickets to finding your platform, let's master the rails!"
The Railway Hub
Learn about ticket types and station facilities.
Entering a busy train station, you should first look at the departure board. This shows you the time, destination, and platform for your train. If you don't have a ticket yet, visit the ticket office or use a ticket machine.
To reach the trains, you usually need to pass through a ticket barrier. On the platform, wait behind the yellow line. When the train pulls into the track, look for the correct carriage number if you have a seat reservation.
Once inside, place your bags on the luggage rack. If you are hungry, you can visit the buffet car for a snack. Remember to listen to the conductor, who will check your ticket during the journey. If you need to switch trains, check if you have a connection at the next station!
